By submitting an event to LewisCountyEvents.com, you agree to the following:

**Accuracy**
You confirm that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to submit the event information, images and other materials provided.

**Eligible Events**
LewisCountyEvents.com is intended primarily for events taking place in Lewis County, Washington, and surrounding communities that may reasonably be of interest to Lewis County residents and visitors.

Events may include festivals, fairs, concerts, performances, fundraisers, nonprofit and community activities, classes, workshops, public meetings, school events, sporting events, markets, sales, recreational activities and other events open to the public.

**Editorial Review**
All submitted events are subject to review. Submission does not guarantee publication.

LewisCountyEvents.com reserves the right to approve, reject, edit, categorize, shorten, reformat or remove a listing at any time. Minor edits may be made for spelling, grammar, clarity, consistency, formatting or accuracy without contacting the submitter.

**Promotional Content**
Event listings should describe an actual event occurring at a specific date and time. General advertisements for a business, product or service may be declined.

Businesses are welcome to submit legitimate public events, including grand openings, classes, workshops, performances, special events and similar activities.

**Images and Content**
By uploading photographs, graphics, logos or other materials, you represent that you have the right or permission to use and submit those materials.

You grant LewisCountyEvents.com permission to display submitted event information and materials on LewisCountyEvents.com and in its related promotional channels, including email newsletters and social media, for the purpose of promoting the event and the community calendar.

**Prohibited Content**
Submissions containing intentionally false or misleading information, unlawful content, spam, malicious links, or content unrelated to a legitimate event may be rejected or removed.

**Changes and Cancellations**
Event organizers and submitters are encouraged to notify LewisCountyEvents.com of cancellations, postponements or significant changes. LewisCountyEvents.com is not responsible for changes to an event after information has been submitted or published.

**No Endorsement**
Publication of an event does not constitute endorsement, sponsorship or approval of the event, organizer, venue, business, organization, viewpoints or activities associated with it by LewisCountyEvents.com.

**Event Responsibility**
LewisCountyEvents.com provides event information as a community information service. Event organizers are solely responsible for their events, including their operation, safety, accessibility, admission requirements, permits and compliance with applicable laws.

**Right to Remove**
